Damaged Items
Ceramics can be fragile, and while every order is packaged carefully, damage can occasionally happen during transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
the damaged item
the packaging
the shipping label
I’ll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

Each piece is handmade and may contain slight variations in color, shape, glaze, or texture. These small imperfections are part of what makes handmade ceramics unique and special. I’m only human! :-)
